I. Commission Calculation Base Flat Rate: For all influencers enrolled in the HEYCHIC Ambassador Program, the standard promotional commission is set at a flat rate of 8% of the valid actual paid amount. Gross-based Calculation: Unlike the strict industry practice of "calculating solely based on the net product value," HEYCHIC calculates the 8% commission without deducting the Goods and Services Tax (GST) or the Shipping Fee paid by the customer. The commission base is strictly determined by the Total Amount Paid by the customer on the Checkout page. Channel Exclusivity: Commissions are only applicable to orders generated through the official HEYCHIC Website or App where the influencer's exclusive discount code is successfully applied. Any transactions occurring at offline physical stores are strictly excluded from the commission pool.

II. Attribution & Pending Period Sole Attribution: Only one influencer's exclusive discount code can be applied per order. The commission is attributed entirely to the unique influencer account associated with that specific discount code; there is no multi-touch fractional attribution. The 30-Day Lock: To prevent malicious order-brushing for cash withdrawal and to accommodate the standard after-sales return cycle, all newly generated commissions will default to a "Pending" status. The system will initiate a 30-calendar-day countdown starting from the date the order is marked as "Completed / Shipped" within the system. Clawback Policy: If a customer initiates a full or partial return and refund for an order within the 30-day pending period, the system will automatically void or deduct the corresponding pending commission on a pro-rata basis. If a refund occurs after the 30-day lock period (under extreme after-sales circumstances), and the commission has already been withdrawn by the influencer, the system will generate a chargeback, resulting in a Negative Balance in the influencer's withdrawable account. Any new commissions generated in the future must first offset this liability until the balance returns to positive.

III. Payout Rules Unlocked and Withdrawable: Commissions that have successfully passed the 30-day lock period without any refunds will be automatically transferred by the system to the influencer's "Available to Withdraw" balance. Minimum Threshold: The minimum amount required for an influencer to initiate a single withdrawal request must be ≥ $50 AUD. If the balance falls below this amount, the withdrawal button on the front end will remain disabled. Payout Cycle and Method: Upon submission of a withdrawal request, the HEYCHIC Finance Team will complete a manual review and risk control assessment within 7-14 business days. Once approved, the funds will be remitted via Bank Transfer or PayPal to the payout account linked by the influencer in the system. Fraud Interception: If the HEYCHIC Risk Control Team verifies that an influencer is involved in traffic fraud, self-purchasing to inflate metrics, or maliciously distributing exclusive codes on coupon websites using deceptive methods, the brand reserves the right to unilaterally reject the withdrawal request, permanently freeze/ban the influencer's account, and forfeit all unwithdrawn commissions.
