Return Policy

We value our HEYCHIC customers and want you to be happy with our products. Please kindly consider our Returns Policy when you commit to your purchase:

  • Returns 30 Days from the date of purchase can be accepted with the following conditions: Item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging, unworn, unwashed, unmarked, unaltered, undamaged, and with all tags attached.
  • Full priced items can be returned for a HEYCHIC Store Credit Note.
  • Items marked with "FINAL SALE" cannot be exchanged for store credit.
  • Items purchased during a promotion, such as a Flash Sale, are subject to promotional return conditions. Once processed, you will receive store credit based on the amount spent on the item at the time of the promotional sale. Shipping costs will not be returned as store credit.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, returns for swimwear, bodysuits, jewellery, hair accessories, and eyewear accessories cannot be accepted unless deemed faulty by our team. Therefore, all purchases under these categories are final.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • When returning your item(s), Return to Sender parcels due to an incorrect address and/or non-delivery will incur a $10 processing fee, which will be automatically deducted from your Returned Store Credit.
  • Any orders returned after 30 days from date of purchase will not be eligible for HEYCHIC Store Credit and will be returned to the sender.
  • Please return your item within 1-2 weeks from the date you receive your return label from us. If the parcel is not sent out within this timeframe, the return label will be deemed unused by the customer, and therefore disabled.
  • Domestic Return labels will cost AU$11.95 paid by the customer, as mentioned within the return portal. Thank you for your understanding!
  • International Returns: Please kindly note all International Returns are lodged via email, where we will provide return instructions and address. We recommend returning your parcel with your local postage service instead of courier services due to the high cost.

Exchange Policy

If you have bought the wrong item(s) or changed your mind, please lodge a return in the returns portal. Once we have received your return and assessed the item(s) are returned in original condition, we can issue you a HEYCHIC Store Credit Note for you to spend on your next purchase. Please note shipping for returns are paid by the customer, which will be deducted from your HEYCHIC Store Credit. Sale items cannot be exchanged.

 

Return Instructions (Australia)

1. Visit our returns portal by clicking "Start Your Return"

2. Type in your CHIC order number and email address to lodge your return in our system.

3. The portal will generate a return label for you. Please print it out and attach it to the parcel bag.

4. You can use the original Heychic parcel bag or any other suitable bag to protect the clothing during return shipping.

5. Upon receiving your return parcel and verifying that the items are in their original condition (unworn, undamaged, unmarked, with all tags attached), we will provide you with a store credit note to spend on another item, which you will receive via email.

Return Instructions (International, outside of Australia)

Please send an email to customercare@heychic.com.au and include your order number, for example CHIC1234.

Faulty Items

High quality on beautiful clothing is very important to us at HEYCHIC. We always strive to provide the best for our customers. All of our products are carefully pre-approved and quality checked so that we deliver the best quality to you. Please inspect your order upon receiving your parcel. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact customercare@heychic.com.au as soon as possible with your CHIC Order Number, and a clear description and image of the fault for our review, so we can help resolve the issue for you.

 

Missing, Lost, or Stolen Parcels

Upon making a purchase, we provide you with the information of the carrier and the tracking number linked with your order. Please contact the courier company directly to track your package. Kindly note we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.

In the event you suspect your package is lost, the initial step is opening a case with Australia Post or DHL. After opening a case, please forward the case number to our Heychic Customer Care team with your name, order number and description of items. Please be advised that the case resolution may require up to 10 business days. 

 

Digital Gift Cards

Digital gift cards cannot be returned. If you have made a purchase with a digital gift card and you wish to return the item(s), the amount returned will be reissued into a digital gift card for you to use after the returned items are assessed.

How Our HEYCHIC Store Credit Works

Returns Process

Once we receive your item in its original condition (unworn, unmarked, unwashed, undamaged, with all tags still attached), we will issue you a HEYCHIC Store Credit Note to shop online at Heychic.com.au for something else you like.

What is HEYCHIC Store Credit?

Our HEYCHIC Store Credit is used like a “coupon code” or “digital gift card”. You can copy and paste this code and apply it upon checkout to spend your credit. The credit can only be spent on our online store and will be valid for 1 year of the date issued. Please note that return shipping is covered by the customer, which means we will deduct the shipping cost from the store credit note that you receive if we send you a return label from our side. Sales Items are not applicable for returns or HEYCHIC Store Credit. Thank you for shopping with us!
