Q What are Status Points for?
A Status Points are used to determine your membership tier. Once you accumulate enough points, you will be upgraded from Classic to Gold, or Gold to Platinum, unlocking the exclusive benefits associated with each tier.
Q Do Status Points expire?
A Classic Members: the Status Points accumulated in your account will be reset to zero on the day following the end of the consecutive that 12-month period. Gold & Platinum Members: Your accumulated Status Points will be reset to zero on each Account Anniversary Review Date. Account Anniversary Review Date: This refers to the anniversary date every 12 calendar months from the day you were upgraded from Classic to Gold status, or directly to Platinum status.
