Terms & Conditions: HEYCHIC 2025 Points Leaderboard
1. General Eligibility
The HEYCHIC 2025 Points Leaderboard Campaign (the "Campaign") is open to all registered HEYCHIC members.Employees of HEYCHIC, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to win the top ranking prizes.
2. Campaign Period
Spending Accumulation Cut-off: The campaign concludes strictly on December 31, 2025, at 23:59 (Sydney Time).
Winner Announcement: Winners will be officially announced on the HEYCHIC website and social media on January 1, 2026.
Prize Dispatch: Prizes will begin shipping on January 10, 2026.
3. Points Calculation & Rankings · Valid Purchases: Rankings are based on "Net Spend" (total amount paid after discounts).
· Returns & Cancellations: Points associated with orders that are cancelled, refunded, or returned prior to the prize dispatch date will be deducted from the user's total score. Important: HEYCHIC reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of "gaming" the system (e.g., making large purchases to boost ranking and returning items immediately after the contest ends).
·Tie-Breaker Rule: In the event of a tie in ranking between multiple participants, the tie will be broken using the "Net Spend Amount" (total amount paid after discounts), with the participant who has the higher Net Spend Amount taking the superior rank.
4. Prize Details
· Diamond Rank (1st - 3rd): One (1) Apple iPhone 17 Pro Max (Color and storage capacity subject to availability).
· Platinum Rank (1st - 5th): One (1) Dyson Hair Dryer.
· Gold Rank (1st - 10th): One (1) Apple AirPods Pro.
· Commemorative Trophy: All winners listed above will receive a 2025 HEYCHIC Trophy.
· Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or store credit. HEYCHIC reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the designated prize becomes unavailable.
5. Limitation of Liability
HEYCHIC is not responsible for technical errors, lost internet connections, or data delays that may affect the real-time leaderboard updates.
By participating, members agree to release and hold harmless HEYCHIC from any liability arising from the use or misuse of the prizes.
6. Privacy & Publicity
By participating in the Campaign, winners agree to allow HEYCHIC to publish their username (partially masked for privacy, e.g., Joh***Doe) and ranking on the website and social media channels.
